Our ½-acre outdoor lawn, amphitheater, and outdoor patio can host up to 300 guests. We’ll provide tables and chairs (free of charge!), and the complimentary services of our venue coordinator.

 Want to host a missionary open house or another faith-based event? Modern Moments has you covered. Our 1,200-square-foot indoor venue can accommodate up to 50 people and includes amenities such as a zoned kitchen area, professional conference room facilities, and plenty of space to gather and mingle.

Looking to escape the Arizona heat? Our climate-controlled indoor venue can comfortably seat up to 50 guests. We’ll provide custom seating arrangements, including complimentary setup and take-down. Simply relax and enjoy each other’s company!

Need a space to facilitate missionary work? Our Mission Control conference room facilities come with projector screens, two 65” TVs, whiteboards, and everything you need to converse and share what’s in your heart.


Frequently asked questions

  • Check out our rates, including some of our add-on options, on our venue rates page.

  • Our outdoor venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. Our indoor venue can comfortably seat 60.

  • Although we do have a preferred vendors list, we do not require that you only use vendors from our preferred list. We are open to working with all vendors so long as they carry the required licenses and insurances for their service. Additionally, we will allow you to bring in your own food, providing you agree to our liability release.

  • To secure your booking date we require a 25% deposit. If you need to cancel your event, please know that your deposit is nonrefundable.

  • Our venue is subject to the noise ordinances from the town of Gilbert. As such, we are required to stop all noise (DJ, bands, entertainment) at 10:00 PM. Here is a link to learn more about the TOG noise ordinance.

  • Yes! Head to our contact page and tell us about your event. Our friendly event staff will happily book you a free tour of the property. We’ll show you our indoor and outdoor spaces, and answer any questions you have about pricing and availability.
